Effective Osteopathic treatment

I was recommended Nick by a family member when I was have back problems.  I was having aches and pains for several months and after a while it was getting me down.  So I phoned up and made an appointment.  In total I visited Nick 4 times, and in those visits he guided me on what I was doing wrong and gave me exercises to do to prevent the problems reoccurring.  A year has passed and I feel like a new person.  I would highly recommend Nick he has a friendly manner that puts you at ease and a professional gentle approach.  Thank you Nick.
